A Series of Stainless Steel Objects

Stainless steel objects for the home created together with Dutch designer Paul Coenen. These stainless steel pieces embody a refined simplicity. The appearance of the objects are a straightforward consequence of material and technique.

"Paper works almost the same way as sheet steel. By cutting and folding it, I generate new ideas, which are ultimately translated into the final steel objects."

- Paul Coenen

Representing an exploration of Coenen's fascination with materials and a blend of modern and time-honored manufacturing methods, each object emerges from the meticulous bending and tensioning of flat steel sheets, resulting in a distinctive spatial form.
