Job description

We are seeking a client-focused, full-time Client Advisor to join our New York City flagship store opening during Fashion Week September 2026.  If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a strong understanding of client engagement, relationship building, wardrobing and supporting store objectives, this role could be a great fit. You’ll be at the heart of our first retail location in Soho’s high-end downtown scene with an opportunity to build and grow something new.

Main responsibilities

• Support store objectives in a collaborative, client-focused culture.
• Collaborate with management to create memorable client engagements.
• Coordinate client appointments, communications and follow-through.
• Recommend personalized wardrobing utilizing key performance indicators.
• Support the store in maintaining luxury brand standards, visual presentation, inventory accuracy and operational excellence.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in a similar role with a premium or luxury fashion brand.
• Demonstrated expertise in womenswear.
• You’re a strong communicator—clear, professional, and effective with both clients and internal teams.
• You like to work in a growing company and have affinity with our brand.
• Understanding of New York City’s downtown clientele and retail landscape.
• Alignment with a calm, professional and relationship-focused brand DNA.
• Fulltime availability, including evenings, weekends and special events.
